With over 20 years of experience working with individuals, leaders, teams and organisations, Sony has seen the same tension surface repeatedly — people or business, as though one must come at the cost of the other.
DareAhead grew from his belief that the two cannot be separated. People bring systems to life, culture shapes how those systems are experienced, and both ultimately influence how a business performs.
Through his talks, Sony brings these observations to life through stories, reflection and practical ideas that invite people to think differently about themselves, leadership and the workplaces they create.
